These terms apply to special-9.com and to table bookings and prepaid packages made through it. The site is run by Adbutham Telugu Foods, which operates Special 9 Restaurant at Ground floor, Paradigm, SSS Square, Opposite AB Mall, Gachibowli - Miyapur Rd, Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081. By using the site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

• A booking reserves seating for the date, time and party size you choose. Please arrive on time. If you're running late, call us on +91 87905 14318.
• We may need to adjust or cancel a booking in rare cases, such as an emergency or closure. If that happens we'll contact you, and any prepayment is handled as set out in our cancellation and refund policy.
• Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your booking.

Prepaid packages

Some packages and slots need full or partial payment in advance. The price, what's included and the amount due are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Prices and menu

Menu items and prices can change.

Conduct

We may refuse service to guests who are abusive or disruptive or who break the law.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
