• Booking details: your name, phone number, email, party size, date and time, and any notes you add.
• Payment details: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status, never your full card, UPI or bank details.
• Usage data: we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and advertising tags to understand visits and measure our ads. These tools may set cookies.

How we use it

• To confirm, manage and remind you about your booking.
• To process prepayments and refunds.
• To improve the site and measure how our marketing performs.

We don't sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run bookings and payments (such as Razorpay, our hosting provider and messaging providers), or when the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep booking records only as long as we need them for the purposes above and for legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing special9admin@gmail.com.
